Élie Houé, France, is an MA student in the Security and Diplomacy program at Tel Aviv University. He studied political sciences and European Public Affairs for four years at Sciences Po Lille. He has served in the French Reserve Army and has experience as a civil servant, having worked for immigration services and the integration of Ukrainian refugees in France. He places great importance on education and therefore, alongside his studies, he taught public speaking to middle school students and served as a senior editor for @continents.media, a social media channel that used to produce educational geopolitical content aimed at teenagers and young adults. He has been an active participant and chair in several Model United Nations conferences in France, Israel, Germany and the United States.
